Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and VOYA. They cover what VOYA is, how membership and bookings work, and each side’s responsibilities. Please read them — by using VOYA you accept them.

1. What VOYA is

VOYA is a members-only travel club. It unlocks member hotel rates, net-fare flights, surprise “Blind Box” stays, and a members’ community (the Circle). VOYA is not the travel provider. When you book, the hotel, airline or other supplier is the party providing the travel service, and their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking. VOYA facilitates the search, the rate and the reservation.

2. Membership

• Membership is $9.90 per month or $99 per year, and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your member access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Membership includes member rates, Blind Box access, the Circle, and any credit or points features described in the app.
• Membership is personal to you and not for resale. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.
• During early access, member sign-up may not be charged — the app tells you clearly if and when a charge applies.

3. Rates and bookings

• Member rates are checked against the live market and shown all-in — the price you see includes taxes, with no booking fees added by VOYA.
• Rates and availability are live and can change until you book. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation.
• You must enter accurate guest details. Suppliers can reject or cancel bookings with incorrect information (for example, a missing surname).
• Your booking is subject to the specific rate’s rules and the supplier’s terms (including check-in requirements, cancellation policy and any resort or local fees the supplier charges on arrival).

4. Blind Box

A Blind Box is a sealed stay in a city and month you choose. You never see the exact hotel until you open it. Our promise:

• Every box is priced below the cheapest hotel in its pool, so the least-valuable outcome is still worth more than you paid. We show the full pool of possible hotels and their public rates.
• We re-check the box against live public rates the moment we book. If we can’t deliver a stay worth more than you paid, we rebook or refund.
• You choose the month; we pencil in dates within the box’s travel window, and you can change them before you travel. Unopened boxes wait in My VOYA.
• Once revealed and booked, the stay is a confirmed reservation and the hotel’s cancellation policy applies.

5. The Circle

The Circle is a members’ community. Posts come from real bookings. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant VOYA a licence to display it within the service. Be respectful; don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. Verified-member features (such as connecting or messaging) are limited to verified members.

6. Payments

Where payments are enabled, they are processed by a regulated payment provider. You authorise the charge shown before you confirm. VOYA does not store your full card details.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on the specific rate you book and, for Blind Box, on our guarantee. This is set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

• Use VOYA lawfully and only for genuine personal travel.
• Don’t scrape, resell, benchmark or republish our rates or content, or attempt to access parts of the service you’re not authorised to use.
• Don’t interfere with the security or operation of the service, or impersonate anyone.
• One membership per person; don’t abuse referral, credit or points mechanics.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep rates accurate and bookings smooth, but the service is provided “as is”. VOYA is not responsible for the acts, omissions or quality of third-party travel suppliers, whose own terms govern the travel they provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOYA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to VOYA in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You agree to indemnify VOYA against losses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

VOYA is operated by an Absolute group company. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which that operating entity is established, and, where required, disputes are subject to its competent courts. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as VOYA evolves. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, let members know. Continuing to use VOYA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
