1. Who we are

VOYA is operated by an Absolute group company (“VOYA”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the club and book your travel.

You give us

We collect automatically

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers ourselves; card payments (when enabled) are handled by a regulated payment provider.

3. How we use your information

Our lawful bases (where applicable) are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent (for optional marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the categories of recipients needed to deliver the service:

Some of these providers may process data in other countries. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

5. Cookies and local storage

VOYA uses only the essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and hold your session securely. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as you have a membership, and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your information, except where we are required to retain certain records. Identity-verification documents are deleted shortly after review.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege — our booking credentials and keys are held server-side and never exposed in your browser. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and will notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach requires it.

9. Children

VOYA is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as VOYA evolves. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, let members know.
