Cookie Policy
VOYA keeps this simple. We use only the cookies and browser storage we need to sign you in and run the booking service — no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, and no selling of your data.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Modern apps like VOYA also use “local storage” — a similar mechanism your browser provides. We use both only for the essentials described below.
What we use
These are strictly necessary for VOYA to work — you can’t turn them off and still use the club, and we don’t use them to track you across other sites.
Authentication / session — keeps you securely signed in as a member so you don’t have to log in on every page. Set by our authentication provider. Lasts for your session or until you sign out.
Preferences — remembers your choices, such as light/dark theme, saved stays, and where you were in a booking. Stored in your browser.
Security — helps protect your account and the booking service against fraud and abuse.
What we don’t use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party analytics or ad-network trackers.
- No cross-site tracking or profiling.
Third parties
When you make a booking or a payment, the relevant travel or payment provider may set its own cookies as part of that process, under its own policy. VOYA doesn’t control those, and we only bring in a provider when it’s needed to complete what you asked for.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Because our cookies are essential, blocking them may sign you out or stop parts of VOYA — such as staying logged in — from working.
Changes
If we ever change how we use cookies, we’ll update this page and the date above.
